THIS IS YOU
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Sales Manager to help grow our B2B and group sales channels. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience working with tour operators, attractions, DMCs, group travel companies, or OTAs and who knows what makes the tourism and experiences industry tick.
You’ll be responsible for supporting trade partnerships, increasing ticket sales through group and wholesale channels, and making Moco a must-visit destination in the London tourism market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Trade & Group Sales: Support the execution of our trade sales strategy focused on inbound tourism, group tours, and partner networks.
  • Build Industry Relationships: Develop and nurture partnerships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, OTAs, concierge services, travel agents, and other relevant industry partners.
  • Sales Support & Outreach: Research, prospect, and engage with potential partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings to grow our trade network.
  • Deliver Proposals: Create compelling presentations and commercial offers that highlight Moco's unique experiences and group packages.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent Moco at trade shows, networking events, and fam trips to promote the museum to key tourism stakeholders.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, and Operations to align sales activity with upcoming exhibitions, promotions, and events.
  • Track & Report: Help track KPIs, report on partner feedback, and monitor sales performance using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–2 years of experience in tourism, attractions, group travel, or B2B ticket sales (ideally from a tour operator, travel experience provider, or cultural venue)
  • Strong knowledge of the London tourism ecosystem, including relevant trade networks and visitor demographics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you're confident speaking with clients and closing deals
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
