THIS IS YOU
Join us at Moco Museum’s Headquarters as an Office & Customer Support Intern! In this role, you'll support both office operations and customer service, ensuring smooth daily workflows while assisting with visitors and associates inquiries. You’re a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in administrative support and customer experience. You’ll assist in welcoming visitors at the Moco Headquarters, managing incoming calls and emails, handling online inquiries, and supporting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks. With the Office Manager, you’ll contribute to an efficient and welcoming environment, balancing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and make a meaningful impact within a creative and fast-paced organization like Moco!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is quite versatile; a list of your daily tasks include and are not limited to:
- Operational tasks such as telephone calls, agenda and email management with regard to the Office (HQ) and the employees;
- Acts as a point of contact, both internally and externally and receives guests;
- Assists the Office Manager with business trips for Moco HQ employees;
- Provides customer service via email, chatbot and telephone;
- Coordinates and executes orders;
- Assists any employee-related events and supports with any employee meetings;
- Ensures correct handling of customer questions and complaints;
- Ensures that all office spaces are representative and all supplies are present.
