THIS IS YOU
Join us at Moco Museum’s Headquarters as a Talent Acquisition & Communications Intern! In this role, you'll support the Human Resources department with recruitment-focused administrative tasks while also managing internal communications. You’re a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in talent acquisition. You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers. Your sociable nature and professionalism help you effectively engage with candidates, while your tech-savviness enables you to maintain candidate data in our HRIS. You’ll also handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. As part of the HR team, you’ll contribute to internal communications, including crafting updates, supporting engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture. With a positive attitude and adaptability, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks and interacting with diverse groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Reviewing candidates applications and execute screening video calls (pre-qualification stage)
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidates, schedule interviews
for hiring managers and responsible for communication with candidates (including follow-ups)
• Manage and update our recruitment platform
•  Prepare on-boarding documentation and organising new hire orientation
• Credit, edit, and distribute internal communications, in specific Human Resources monthly
newsletters, hiring updates, employee spotlights etc.
• Support and report to Head of Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in English is a must - because your line manager is an English-speaker! (any additional language is a plus)
  • Previous work experience in customer service is important
  • Education in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or Public Relations is a plus 
  • Ability to work well with others in a dynamic team; you are a real team player.
  • Problem-solver, curious and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in modern and contemporary art is a plus, not a must
  • You are not employed at Moco Museum Amsterdam (due to employee confidentiality)
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands
