THIS IS YOU
Join us in a unique opportunity to work at the Moco Museum's Head Quarters. As a HR Intern, you assist the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You are a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in human resources. You are very sociable, creative, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Your positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team are essential traits, as the role often involves interacting with diverse groups of people and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Overall, the ideal HR Intern is someone who is enthusiastic about supporting the HR team and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidates, schedule interviews
for hiring managers and responsible for communication with candidates
• Manage and update our recruitment platform
• Credit, edit, and distribute internal communications, in specific monthly
newsletters and personnel updates;
• Coordinate and manage internal communication campaigns or initiatives,
including a quarterly Company Update.
• In the absence of HR Officers, administer HQ employees leave management
on the relevant systems; i.e process sick leaves in Personio/ Felison/ Assist
Verzuim
• In the absence of HR Officers, monitor HR mailbox and respond to internal
and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• In the absence of the HR Officers, draft employee contracts and process in a
timely and efficient manner;
• Support Chief of Finance & HR with any Dutch HR functions
• Support and report to HR Business Partner.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in English is required (any additional language is a plus)
  • Previous work experience in customer service is a must
  • Ability to work well with others in a dynamic team; you are a real team player.
  • Creative, curious and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in modern and contemporary art is a plus, not a must
  • You are not employed at Moco Museum Amsterdam (due to employee confidentiality)
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands
