As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will wear many hats, meaning you experience and assist in the international marketing strategies and campaigns of Moco Museum. You will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including setting up and optimizing online advertising channels, managing our online ticket shops, and maintaining our website. You will work closely with our digital marketing specialist, agencies, and the head of online marketing to drive results and maximize campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have a strong interest in the latest online marketing trends. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded set of digital marketing skills while contributing to the growth of our museum venues in Amsterdam, Barcelona and London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting in increasing our online visibility, on travel blogs for example;

  • Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of online advertising channels for both Amsterdam and Barcelona venues, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, and more;

  • Continuously testing and iterating on ad campaigns using A/B testing to improve performance and identify winning strategies;

  • Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of online ticket shops, keeping a close eye on results and actively optimizing based on goals;

  • Updating and optimizing our website through the application of effective SEO tactics;

  • Identifying potential opportunities to increase visitor numbers and revenues;

  • Creating easy-to-understand dashboards and presentations to showcase the results of online marketing efforts;

  • Staying informed on the latest developments in the online marketing industry and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team.

REQUIREMENTS

As a candidate, you are an out-of-the-box thinker who likes to take the risk or lose the chance. You are detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive with the ability to work accurately within a fast-paced, creative environment.


• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related study;

• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch/Spanish/Catalan/German/French/Italian is an added bonus);

• Interest in online/digital marketing;

• Analytical mindset, willing to dive into statistics of our website performance for example;

• Familiar with meta, tiktok, google, pinterest and youTube; 

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for trends in the art world and digital marketing;

• Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work towards many company initiatives at once.
