As a Moco Museum Host or Floor Personnel, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that visitors depart as enthusiastic ambassadors. Your exceptional customer service, enthusiasm, and attentiveness create a memorable experience that not only encourages return visits but also inspires visitors to recommend the museum to their friends and family. In this role, you will provide a welcoming environment for museum-goers, offer information and assistance about exhibitions, and ensure the safety and security of the artworks on display.
