THIS IS YOU
As a Junior Financial Controller you are primarily responsible for the controlling activities of Moco Barcelona as well as several related accounting and cash-flow forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation of statutory financial statements and managing audit- as well as tax filing processes. In this role you report directly into the CFO. We are a sales-driven company; being bold, proactive, and ambitious are key elements for being successful within Moco.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and review monthly reporting 

  • Controlling on all activities of Moco Barcelona

  • Cash-management 

  • Preparing statutory financial statements 

  • Manage tax-filing process (VAT/CIT)

  • Assisting in managing the audit process with external auditors

  • Back-up role for budgeting / forecasting funds

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 to 5 years with accounting/controlling

  • Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field, for instance in accounting or SPD

  • Spanish language is required

  • Knowledge and previous experience with the Spanish Accounting Cycle

  • High level of English is essential (level test and interview in English will be carried out).
  • Proactive, a self-starter

  • Enthusiastic and a positive approach 

  • Ability to be flexible in an everchanging environment
